Margaret Vandenbergh joined Max Comben’s team in November 2008 in the role of Office Manager and Property Management Manager.
Margaret has worked in various departments during her career, including Reception, Property Management and Trust Accounting. Her accuracy and attention to detail and problem solving makes her ideal for this role and with her experience also assists in training of staff. Margaret completed studying and obtained her Real Estate License (Triennial Certificate) in 2013.
She brings 37 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and is proud of our outstanding work ethic, dedication and loyalty.
Margaret is married with two wonderful children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening and reading.
Cassandra has always known her future lay in Real Estate. Passionate, ambitious and highly motivated, she has been diligently pursuing her career since entering the workforce.

Hazel has over 34 years’ experience in real estate Property Management. Hazel’s knowledge and experience goes without saying, it is second to none.
She joined Max Comben Group in 2013 as the Senior Property Manager. She is well respected by everyone – Owners, Tenants, Staff and basically anyone she meets. Most of Hazel’s success has been of “word of mouth”.

Hazel enjoys spending any spare time with her family, friends, helping Charities, playing Squash, walking and riding down the coast on the weekends.
Lee-Ann worked as a Settlement Agent Assistant for 5 years and had to liaise with Real Estate Agents on a regular basis thus giving her a hunger for real estate. She worked in Real Estate in an Administration role for 2 years and then in 2010, went into a role as a Personal Assistant for a prominent Sales Executive.
Having completed her Real Estate Sales Licence in early 2011 she worked in sales for a further 6 months and then chose the career path of Property Manager where she found her niche thoroughly enjoying her job.
She strives towards building strong relationships with all her clients and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Having a great relationship with all landlords and tenants ensuring they receive professional personalised service at all times. Lee-Ann enjoys developing long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with both owners and tenants. In her spare time Lee-Ann enjoys days at the beach with her family and grandchildren.
Yvette has worked within the Real Estate Industry in a number of different roles over the past 10 years. Yvette completed her Property Management Registration in 2017 and joined Max Comben Group.
Yvette loves meeting people and working with both landlords and tenants to achieve a positive outcome for everyone and strives to create strong relationships with everyone she deals with on a daily basis.
In her spare time Yvette loves spending time with her family, bush walking, travelling and creating art.
Geraldine began her career as a Technical interpreter using Oriental and European languages back in the UK, so a change to the Real Estate industry was quite a leap!. However, she has taken to it like a duck to water, getting her first taste of real Estate at the front desk, then migrating through Trust Accounting for two and a half years, to Residential and Commercial Property Management. She has completed training in both Sales and Property Management, but has opted for the latter and has now been with Max Comben since August 2016 in a Residential Property Management capacity.
Geraldine prides herself in ‘getting it right’ for both owners and tenants. She has an easygoing attitude and always goes above and beyond to ensure that both owner and tenant have as pleasant an experience as possible in a difficult market.
When she is not at work, she makes time to catch up with her two adult children, she enjoys life out on her 5 acres with her partner, her horses and pets, renovating, repairing fences, fixing reticulation, and managing her own property – she recently took a welding course demonstrating her ‘can do’ attitude . That being said, she is an ideal person to manage your property as she knows what it takes.

Jayde joined Max Comben in 2008 as Receptionist, and soon after was promoted to Administration. Jayde has experience in both Sales and Property Management, but is now focused and enjoying Property Management Administration.
Jayde has won numerous awards of the years which is of no surprise considering her work ethic and high attention to detail. She is a valuable team member for the Rental Department at Max Comben Group.

Rebecca started her Real estate career in 2014 after completing her Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) filled roles as Business Development Manager, Sale Consultant and Personal Assistant to our Principal Max Comben.
Prior to her career in Real estate Rebecca worked as a Secretary for a large company and a Manager in hospitality. Rebecca’s background in administration and management has honed her excellent time management skill, organisation and problem solving ability.
Outside of work in her spare time Rebecca enjoy spending time with her friends, family, playing Volleyball, cooking and walking her miniature schnauzer Sherlock.
